01 July 2020 • 4-Week Beginners Oil Painting Course: Level 1

The instructor was not very good at verbally explaining things while painting, or not very good at multi-tasking. Given that the classes are 3 hours, this takes up some of the time that students can use on their own or have one-on-ones. There are more students than I expected. But things changed now.

Hi Wyanet, thanks for your feedback. It is disappointing to hear that the course was not up to your expectations, and a little surprising as we receive so many very positive reviews for this course. It would have been helpful to let us know either by email or during class so that we could address your concerns, but seeing as you did not make it to the last class we will be in touch to offer you a make-up class to cover what you have missed. Kind regards,

I had attended 2 of 4 lessons which was then interrupted by the Coronavirus outbreak. So far I am happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the tutor and am looking forward to resumption of lesson hopefully in the near future.
